Fran Mubrin, advertising director i voditelji produkcijskog tima u Agenciji 404 održat će u Sveučilišnom centru u Varaždinu gostujuće predavanje na temu 'Od studenta sa Sjevera do voditelja agencijskog tima' u petak, 22. siječnja 2016. godine u 18:30 sati u predavaoni UNIN2-102.

Mubrin je diplomirao Multimediju, oblikovanje i primjenu na Sveučilištu Sjever. Trenutno radi kao advertising director i voditelji produkcijskog tima u Agenciji 404. Samostalno organizira MOP Festival multimedije u Varaždinu te radi na razvoju digitalnih kreativnih rješenja i interaktivnom dizajnu. Radi na projektima za klijente poput HT, Coca-Cola, Wrigley, Jägermeister, Voice, Croatia Osiguranje, Franck, Zagrebačka Banka, HRT…

U petak, 15. siječnja 2016. voditeljica marketinga Varaždinske televizije Ilonka Zrnić, mag.publ.rel. održat će gostujuće predavanje na temu: 'Primjeri marketinških aktivnosti regionalne televizijske postaje VTV'. Predavanje će se održati u 18:30 sati u predavaoni UNIN2-102 u Sveučilišnom centru u Varaždinu. U sklopu predavanja Zrnić će govoriti o aktualnim trendovima u svijetu TV oglašavanja s naglaskom na kreiranje i iskorištavanje lokalnog sadržaja te će podijeliti vlastita iskustva rada s različitim klijentima i brendovima.

Predavanje je otvoreno za sve nastavnike i studente Sveučilišta Sjever.

Predsjednica Republike Hrvatske Kolinda Grabar Kitarović u svom je Uredu primila delegaciju Hrvatskog akademskog sportskog saveza. Prijem u predsjedničkom uredu organiziran je u sklopu primanja predstavnika akademskih saveza i najuspješnijih sportaša hrvatskih sveučilišta u prošloj akademskoj godini, kojima je predsjednica Grabar Kitarović ovom prilikom i osobno čestitala na ostvarenim rezultatima.

The First ICHSS2014 was successfully held on June 29-30, 2014 in Guangzhou, China. The proceedings have been published by the DEStech Publications and successfully indexed by CPCI/ISTP!
Publication
All the ICHSS2016 accepted papers will be published by DEStech Publications. DEStech Publications will submit all the papers to be indexed in Thomson Reuters Web of Science CPCI-SSH (ISSHP) and CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation.
Excellent papers will be selected and published on SCI and EI journals.

Course Description:
Media systems analysis and cross-media news consumption research are two research areas currently characterized by ‘ferment in the field’. This course and conference brings together leading scholars in these fields in order to explore the opportunities for cross-fertilizing them in comparative research projects across Europe. In media systems analysis, scholars like Brüggemann et al. (2014) and Perusko et al. (2013, 2015) are developing new tools for building better models to supplement or replace the renowned Hallin & Mancini model (2004), arguing that we need models which take account not just of politics and journalism culture, but which incorporate the complete mediascape. Other scholars argue that from the audience point of view these mediascapes must be conceptualized as cross-media entities, and that we should understand better the ways in which audience preferences lead to the formation of distinctive media repertoires, with implications for citizens’ democratic engagement and participation. From the encounter of this dual endeavor to build empirically sound knowledge emerges the added value of bringing their findings into a heuristic dialogue about the possible interplay of relevant social institutions with media systems at the structural level and audience-generated media repertoires at the level of agency. As a result of this dialogue we can hope to obtain a better grasp of the nexus of media consumption and democratic engagement.
