• Submission of abstracts for review: August 20, 2014
• Notification of abstract acceptance: September 5, 2014
• Submission of complete/full papers for the proceedings: October 5, 2014
• Notification of full paper acceptance: October 15, 2014
• Early registration: November 5, 2014
• Final registration: November 20, 2014
• Conceiving and finalizing the esd-Conference program: December 15, 2014
• ESD Conference sessions: December 19, 2014

THE CONFERENCE FEE:

• Participant (attending / paper presenting author): 300 EUR
• Accompanying co-author: 150 EUR
• Publishing only (without attending / presentation): 150 EUR
• Attending (without paper): 150 EUR

DISCOUNTED FEE:

• Early registration: 250 EUR
• 2nd paper registration (publishing only): 100 EUR

Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference kit (including the Scientific Book of Proceedings on CD) and admission to the lunch or dinner and all coffee brakes according to the program.

PUBLISHING:
If the paper is accepted by reviewers, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the Conference Program (however, it could be published if authors decide for publishing only option).
All accepted papers shall be included in the Scientific Book of Proceedings, indexed by ProQuest and EconBiz. Upon the reviewers' suggestions, the Scientific Committee will select the best papers for further publishing in cooperating journals.
