Erasmus+ KA107 meeting

On April 23, 2018 within the framework of Erasmus+ program, a meeting was held between vice-rector of Odesa State Academy of Technical Regulation and Quality for research and international relations Hennadii Bratchenko and Vice-rector for Teaching and Educational Work Oleksandr Diachenko and Rector of University North Marin Milković and Vice-rector for Scientific and Artistic Work and International Cooperation Anica Hunjet and Erasmus+ Program coordinator Aleksej Aniskin.

Results of evaluation procedure Erasmus+ Ukraine

Application with ord.No. 1 to 4 are accepted for realization of mobility according to the proposed Mobility Agreement and are approved for  financial means according to the Erasmus+ project rules annouced in the Open call for applications.

Applicants have the possibility to demand insight into the process of evaluation of open call (application) according to the Article 7, paragraph 7 of the Ordinance on allocating grants from the Erasmus+ program 2014-2020, Key activity 1 for (non) teaching staff of University North and partner University, Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ukraine, within the Erasmus+ project 2016-HR01-KA107-034767

Xufeng Jia guest lecture on EU-China Economic Relations

Xufeng (Jess) Jia will hold a guest lecture at Thursday, 3rd of December at 16:30 in University centre Koprivnica. Her lecture in University North will be EU-China Economic Relations under the current global economic climate with a Croatia focus. In light of the current global power shift, she will give an overview of the economic landscape of China and its impact on EU-China economic relation.

Xufeng Jia (Jess) is currently working as a Senior Legal Counsel in Podravka head office. She is in charge of the legal and public affairs with regard to China market; she is involved in other cross-border projects within the Podravka group as well, especially in the new markets. Before joining Podravka, she worked in Brussels as a research fellow in the field of EU-Asia relations, and before coming to Europe she worked as a corporate lawyer in Shanghai.

Students and professors from the University of Pecs in the North

On Friday, November 6, 2015, the Head of the Department of Croatian Studies at the University of Pécs, Stephen Blažetin, Ph.D., visited University Centre in Koprivnica with his colleagues and students. He gave a lecture for the students with the topic of Croatian studies in Pécs. The University of Pécs is the oldest University in Hungary, established in 1367. After the lecture, the representatives of the University of Pécs discussed with the Vice-Rector for scientific and artistic work and international cooperation’s assistant Ana Globočnik-Žunac, Ph.D., about possible forms of cooperation in the future. Given the significant interest shown by both sides, it can be concluded that the two Universities can expect fruitful collaboration in future.

Third round of applications for students for the ERASMUS exchange programme 2013/2014 – RESULTS

The third round of applications for students for the ERASMUS exchange programme was announced on the 12th March 2014. Application deadline was on the 28th March 2014.

The Committee for international cooperation studied the applicants' documentations and, using the defined criteria, decided that following students can go on study periods:

• Ana-Marija Čurdija
• Andreja Vadlja
• Nikolina Hanžek
and students Sandra ježovita, Sanja Dreven and Lucija Dokleja are put on the waiting list in case any of the chosen students cannot go.

Following student can go on a traineeship:
• Dario Gregurić

Third round of applications for theaching staff for the ERASMUS exchange programme 2013/2014 - RESULTS

The third round of applications for teaching staff for the ERASMUS exchange programme was announced on the 12th March 2014. Application deadline was on the 28th March 2014.

The Committee for international cooperation studied the applicants' documentations and, using the defined criteria, decided that following members of the staff can go on teaching periods:

• Ivana Grabar, lecturer
• Marijana Neuberg, dipl.med.techn.
• Jurica Veronek, dipl.med.techn.
